Maintenance Technician

·       Shifts Available: Monday to Thursday 04:00 Pm to 02:00 Am.

Responsibilities:

·        Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

·        Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

·        Read blueprints and machine drawings to identify repair needs and replacement parts.

·        Repair equipment to manufacturer specifications, including replacing shafts, gears, belts, pulleys, bearings, and related components.

·        Assist machine setup technicians and operators in resolving changeover issues and material-related problems.

·        Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Maintain compliance with safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.

·        Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively.

·        Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel as needed.

·        Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of experience as maintenance technician.

• High school diploma or GED.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
