Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently through troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment improvements.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot automated machinery, robotics, sensors, and control systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, and controls.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
Document repairs, testing, and maintenance activities.
Assist with general facility maintenance as needed.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, electromechanical, or equipment maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with automated machinery, robotics, sensors, or controls preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to read and understand basic mechanical and electrical diagrams preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who can quickly identify equipment problems, perform repairs, and help keep production running with minimal downtime. Candidates with backgrounds in industrial maintenance, machine maintenance, automation, robotics, or electromechanical repair are encouraged to apply.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
