Adecco is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, Wire EDM equipment (Sodick preferred), and other manufacturing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, press brakes, Wire EDM equipment (Sodick preferred), and other production machinery.

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

  • Perform equipment rebuilds, alignments, calibrations, and machine testing.

  • Use precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues.

  • Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and complete scheduled maintenance.

  • Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building maintenance.

  • Assist with equipment installations, facility improvements, and machine relocations.

  • Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs in the work order system.

  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment while following OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and 5S standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or trade school preferred.

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Strong experience troubleshooting CNC equipment and industrial machinery.

  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

  • Wire EDM maintenance experience (Sodick preferred).

  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Comfortable using computers to document maintenance activities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling.

  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment, loud noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
