Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician in McCalla, AL! Adecco is actively seeking skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a reputable facility in McCalla, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure maximum performance and safety standards. 

  • Conduct routine inspections and perform repairs to support operational performance metrics. 

  • Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events, to foster a culture of ongoing excellence. 

  • Lead and participate in 5S audits to promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. 

  • Collaborate with team members to support annual operating plans and implement lean manufacturing principles. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience. 

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training in mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or PLCs is a plus. 

  • Strong understanding of lean principles and hands-on experience applying lean tools. 

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. 

  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Pay Details: $21.63 to $35.90 per hour
