Maintenance Supervisor

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge and experience building effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day plant maintenance activities with a strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and production performance.
  • Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Drive improvements in OEE, equipment uptime, repair time, and right-first-time performance.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditure needs, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and critical equipment repairs.
  • Ensure maintenance work meets company, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Support new equipment installations, equipment fine-tuning, and manufacturing improvement projects.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, HSE, Logistics, and other plant teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–9 years of experience maintaining complex production equipment.
  • Previous maintenance leadership/management experience.
  • Technical training or certification in multiple areas such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Safety-focused, collaborative leadership style.
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Required to be on-call as needed

 



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
