Maintenance Manager/Supervisor

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with a few plants in the US. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for its NJ plant. Primary duties/responsibilities include:
- Manage, train and mentor maintenance team on respective shift.
- Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications.
- May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well
- Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's
- Provide reports to management and executives.
Position reports to Director of Engineering.
Ideal candidates for Maintenance Manager/Supervisor will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 6+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center
- 3+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics
- Experience with PLC's and automation
- Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP
Salary up to $110k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
