Maintenance Laborer

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Maintenance Laborer positions in Athens, TN. Responsibilities:

· Load and unload steel strut pieces (10-20 feet long) onto and off vertical plating racks

· Perform repetitive material handling tasks every 4 minutes throughout the shift

· Lift, move, and position steel bars weighing 20-30 pounds while following safety procedures

· Walk, stand, bend, reach overhead, and perform other physically demanding duties in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements:

· Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds and perform highly physical work throughout the shift

· Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods

· Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to follow directions

· Must be at least 5'6" or 5'7" to safely perform the essential functions of the position

Perks:

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $17.88/hour plus shift differential ($0.50 for 2nd shift or $0.45 for 3rd shift) | Up to $18.38/hour

Pay Details: $17.88 to $18.38 per hour
