Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Mailroom & Digital Print Production Specialist to join our team. Operating within a high-volume, 24/7/365 healthcare information environment, this role is critical to meeting time-sensitive deadlines. You will manage large-scale digital print jobs, operate production-class inserter machinery, and handle essential mailroom functions.

Key Responsibilities
Print & Production: Operate large production-class digital printers and high-volume envelope folding/inserting machinery.
Quality Control: Verify print jobs against incoming documentation to ensure 100% accuracy before distribution.
Mail Management: Process, postage-stamp, and organize mailings within highly defined, sensitive timeframes.
Workflow Tracking: Maintain clear communication regarding job completion and workflow status.
Dynamic Support: Multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced mailroom environment.
Position Requirements & Top Skills
Technical Aptitude: High efficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and remain on your feet moving throughout the majority of a full shift.
Lifting Capability: Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy supply boxes (envelope/paper boxes weighing up to 50 lbs).
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
Reliability: Strict adherence to schedule and time-sensitive healthcare compliance standards.
Schedule & Location
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekdays)
Environment: Fast-paced, on-site production facility handling sensitive compliance data.
Pay Details: $18.55 per hour
