We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll perform the final processing of precision magnets, including cleaning, inspection, testing, calibration, magnetizing, and packaging. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate production equipment following work instructions.

  • Clean, inspect, magnetize, test, calibrate, and package finished products.

  • Operate multiple machines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

  • Review work orders and verify previous operations have been completed correctly.

  • Inspect finished parts against blueprints and quality specifications.

  • Accurately complete production documentation and record good and rejected parts.

  • Identify and report nonconforming materials.

  • Maintain tooling and report equipment wear or maintenance needs.

  • Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and safe.

  • Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Experience handling delicate or precision components is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, AS9100, or ISO quality systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.

  • Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and industrial materials.

Work Environment

  • Climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

  • Exposure to industrial oils, coolants, lubricants, adhesives, and other manufacturing materials.

  • Hearing protection provided in designated high-noise areas.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
