A growing manufacturing company in Sutton, MA is looking to bring on an experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC setup and operating experience who is comfortable working in a clean room environment and producing precision die cut products for medical device companies.

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:15am – 3:30pm; Friday, 7:00am – 12:00pm

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour depending on experience

Location: Sutton, MA

Job Duties:

· Manually set up and operate various CNC machines and related equipment

· Read job sheets and interpret machinery setup requirements

· Perform complex cutting, assembly, and other skilled manufacturing duties

· Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts and ensure they meet customer specifications

· Work closely with supervisors to maintain high quality products and efficient setup procedures

· Communicate with quoting and customer service teams regarding process inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement

· Provide input on upcoming projects based on CNC machinery knowledge and capabilities

· Work in a white room / clean room manufacturing environment

· Follow precise work instructions and maintain a high level of attention to detail when producing die cut products for medical device companies

· Follow all company safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior experience setting up and operating CNC machines and related equipment

· Prior experience programming and troubleshooting CNC machines

· Proficiency using precision measuring devices

· Ability to read technical drawings

· Experience with AutoCAD and lean manufacturing preferred

· Stable and committed work history

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· Results-driven and solution-focused approach

· Strong customer focus and ability to contribute to a team environment

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
