Machine Operator

Job Summary

Now hiring entry-level Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Winchester, TN. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting products for quality, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a safe work environment. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Perform quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership.
• Support team production goals and meet productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
