Pay Rate

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts

• Start times: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• Rotate between day and night shifts every 8 weeks

PPE Required

• Steel-toe safety boots required

Documents Required (CAN NOT Move forward without)

·         Birth Certificate

·         Updated Resume

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience

• Current resume required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor CNC machining equipment

• Load and unload machine pallets and parts carriers

• Perform quality inspections and measurements using:

  • Digital calipers

  • Height gauges

  • Go/No-Go gauges

  • Thread gauges

• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures

• Enter production and traceability data into company systems

• Maintain accurate quality records and measurement data

• Conduct basic machine inspections and cleaning

• Ensure proper material handling and product traceability

• Support housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement efforts

• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams

Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing facility and may include:

• Exposure to machine noise and vibration

• Oils, lubricants, and industrial equipment

• Extended periods of standing and walking

• Wearing safety glasses and required PPE throughout the shift

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
