Machine Operator – Hanover Park, IL 

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Hanover Park, IL. If you have mechanical aptitude and enjoy a fast-paced production environment, apply today. 

Pay & Shifts 

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $18.00/hr 

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM | $19.00/hr 

Key Responsibilities 

• Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to specifications 

• Run batches/materials and monitor machine performance during production 

• Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and basic preventative maintenance 

• Troubleshoot minor equipment/process issues and report problems as needed 

• Maintain accurate production and machine documentation 

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures 

Requirements 

• Manufacturing/machine operating experience preferred 

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills 

• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) 

• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, reliable attendance 

• Reliable transportation to and from the Hanover Park, IL worksite   

• Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety   

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
