Machine Operator (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing and shipping goals through a variety of assembly and production tasks.

• Perform manual assembly of systems using torque drivers and hardware, adhering to production targets.

• Conduct functional testing of completed systems following standard work procedures.

• Retrieve materials from flow racks and bin locations to support assembly operations.

• Complete back-flush transactions in computer systems to ensure accurate production logging.

• Assist with physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.

• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness according to 5S standards.

• Follow safety and security policies, including the proper use of protective equipment and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience is not necessary; training and ongoing support are provided.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on workplace safety.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.40 per hour

• Shift Options (Monday–Friday):

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Details: $17.60 to $18.40 per hour
