Machine Operator

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment

• Perform 100% inspection of finished products

• Read and interpret design drawings

• Measure parts using calipers, tape measures, and shop measurement tools

• Use grinders, drills, files, and other hand tools

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Identify and communicate quality issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Participate in continuous improvement activities

• Follow all safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience in a metal fabrication environment

• Ability to read design drawings and measurements

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
