Machine Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Machine Operator positions in East Granby, CT. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Machine Operator while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

• Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities: 

• Operate braiding machines used to apply metallic braid to heat trace cable.

• Load carriers and bobbins with wire materials such as tinned copper and stainless steel.

• Assist with machine setup and production preparation under supervision.

• Monitor machine performance and braid patterns during production runs.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus; no braiding experience required.

• Ability to learn machine operation and follow detailed work instructions.

• Basic math skills and measurement abilities.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
