Machine Operator

Adecco is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing facility in Corry, PA. Position Details:

• Location: Corry, PA 16407

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hour (Day Shift), $17.50/hour (Night Shift)

• Schedule: 1st and 3rd shifts, with overtime as needed

What You’ll Do: As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily production operations. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitoring machine performance and ensuring consistent production output

• Performing grinding and machine operation tasks as assigned

• Inspecting products to meet quality standards

• Following production schedules and work instructions

• Packaging finished products as required

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Adhering to all safety and quality procedures

• Performing additional duties as assigned to support team success

What We’re Looking For:

• No previous manufacturing experience necessary—training provided

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. as needed)

• Comfort with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Willingness to work in a safety-focused environment with manufacturing equipment

• Flexibility to work overtime when required

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Pay Details: $15.50 to $17.50 per hour
