Pay Range: $22.82–$30.93 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift Options: Five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, depending on provider schedule

Position Overview
We are seeking two Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Rural Health Clinic team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a consistent 40-hour work week, no weekend requirements, no holiday requirements, and no on-call responsibilities.

The LPN will provide high-quality patient care while supporting providers and other clinical staff in an outpatient rural health setting. The ideal candidate will be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working collaboratively in a provider-focused clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a rural health clinic setting.
Assist providers with examinations, treatments, procedures, and patient care.
Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN practice.
Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to providers or other appropriate clinical staff.
Provide patient education and instructions as directed.
Assist with care coordination and follow-up as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and patient records.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
Float within the clinic as needed to assist other providers or nurses.
Perform other clinical duties consistent with the LPN scope of practice and clinic needs.
Required Qualifications
Current Minnesota LPN license – Required.
BLS certification – Required.
Ability to provide safe, effective nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with providers, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Experience with electronic medical records preferred; Epic experience is a plus.
Schedule & Staffing
40 guaranteed hours per week
Five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, depending on the provider schedule
No weekends
No holidays
No on-call or call-back requirements
Typical staffing model: approximately one nurse per provider
Float requirements are limited to the clinic and may include assisting other providers or nurses as needed.
Compensation
$22.82–$30.93 per hour, based on experience

The position's annualized base salary at 40 hours per week ranges from approximately $47,466 to $64,334, depending on the offered hourly rate.

A sign-on bonus may be available and will be discussed at the time of offer. Payment terms may vary.
