Licensed Practical Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in New Paltz, NY! This role is in person / on site in a primary care office. Please read below and reply with an updated resume for consideration:

Type:                     Three-month contract with an opportunity for extension or full-time offer

Schedule:             8AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday
Pay:                       $31.00 - $34.50 per hour based on experience 

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:

·       Maintaining clinical efficiency and regulatory compliance

·       Overseeing all clinical logs

·       Injections for in office visits

·       In basket management

·       Incoming patient calls

·       Walk in patient review for unscheduled walk ins or urgent change in status

·       Rooming patients, vitals

·       Medication reconciliation

·       Nurse visits

·       Assisting with scheduling follow ups and referrals to specialists.

 

Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse:

·       Active LPN license in New York

·       BLS/CPR Certification

·       Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in primary care, family medicine, ambulatory care, or physician practice settings

·       Experience administering vaccines and managing vaccine inventory.

·       Experience with EPIC preferred

Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.50 per hour
