Assembly Associate – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

Adecco is hiring Assembly Associates for a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a local Liverpool company. If you enjoy working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and like seeing a project come together from start to finish, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do

As an Assembly Associate, you'll work alongside an experienced team to assemble products and materials while learning new skills along the way. You'll use a variety of hand tools and materials and play an important role in keeping production moving.

Your day may include:

• Assembling detailed products at a worktable using job card instructions

• Working with tools, adhesives, paints, Velcro, and other materials

• Inspecting materials for imperfections and helping troubleshoot issues

• Moving finished products to the shipping area and coordinating with packers

• Working toward production goals while maintaining quality

• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe

• Supporting different production areas when needed

• Looking for ways to stay productive and help the team when your work is complete

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience! Training is provided by company trainers. We're looking for dependable people who are ready to learn and contribute to a team.

Skills required:

• Can follow written and verbal instructions

• Have basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Can read a tape measure

• Have good attention to detail

• Are dependable, flexible, and willing to learn

• Enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team

• Can adapt to different tasks and production needs

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay Details: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour
