Lab Technician III

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician III to support consumer product testing in Clark, NJ. This role works closely with scientists and evaluation teams to coordinate product testing, prepare samples, maintain supplies, and ensure accurate documentation throughout study activities.

Location: Clark, NJ
Pay Rate: $24.36/hour
Job Type: Temporary/Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product samples, orders, and laboratory supplies.

• Maintain inventory and ensure testing materials are available when needed.

• Update project tracking files and maintain accurate study records.

• Support scientists with daily laboratory operations and testing protocols.

• Document study activities, protocol adjustments, and relevant findings.

• Collaborate with evaluation teams, study participants, and sensory panelists.

• Coordinate with participant recruitment teams from study initiation through completion.

• Manage multiple appointments and projects while adapting to changing testing needs.

• Follow established procedures and maintain organized laboratory workspaces.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Ability to learn new software and systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Interest in cosmetics and personal care products.

• Salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.

• Comfortable interacting with study volunteers and sensory panelists.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $24.36 per hour
