Investment Casting Operator

Location: Fair Lawn, NJ
Pay: $24.34/hour
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Shift: Training starts at 7:00 AM for 2 weeks, then transitions to 3rd Shift

Job Summary

Seeking an Investment Casting Operator to perform basic manufacturing and production operations while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare products and components.

• Operate equipment such as wax molds, soldering guns, cut-off wheels, and automated machinery.

• Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.

• Follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and operating standards.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Complete production documentation and communicate with team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 6+ months of foundry experience, preferably in cutoff, snag, or forming.

• Manufacturing, production, or inspection experience preferred.

• Ability to read procedures and safety instructions.

• Basic math and measuring skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Must be comfortable transitioning to 3rd Shift after training.

Pay Details: $23.64 per hour
