Inventory Specialist

Location: Brookshire, TX

Shift: 4:00am-2:30pm

Pay: $21.75

Position Summary

As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You will perform inventory counts, maintain warehouse records, stage materials, and utilize warehouse management systems to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and records

  • Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are consistently followed

  • Perform cycle counts and product inventory counts

  • Stage materials within designated warehouse areas

  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently

  • Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain inventory and work-related documentation

  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse performance

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory control

  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Frequently lift and move up to 30 lbs.

  • Occasionally lift and move more than 50 lbs.

  • Move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts

  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift

  • Work safely in a warehouse environment while operating equipment and handling inventory

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
