Inserter Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a local Mailroom Operator. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills in a Mailroom career. Information: 

·       Pay: $21.00

·       Shift: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate inserters with quality being a key component of successful operation.
• Ensure jobs are balanced using appropriate balancing process.
• Apply correct postage rates via work orders and USPS postage rates.
• Troubleshoot issues on the inserters and involve support technicians immediately when resolution is not quickly diagnosed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a variety of mailings such as checks, statements, and/or other miscellaneous correspondences is helpful but not required.
• Strong mechanical ability and aptitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow oral and written instruction.
• Able to operate Pallet Jack to move pallets.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot basic set up issues on the meter machines.
• Able to apply correct postage based on mail category and appropriate postage rates for that category and pending vendor pickups.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
