Key Responsibilities: 

  • Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and superior product quality. 

  • Utilize precision measurement tools and microscopes for detailed inspection, ensuring adherence to quality standards. 

  • Assist in managing product flow within the molding process, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime. 

  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a safe, efficient workflow and uphold safety standards. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices. 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with injection molding equipment and assembly processes. 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating with limited supervision. 

  • Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Shift Details: 

  • First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM 

  • Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM 

  • Third Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM 

Schedules follow a rotating pattern with alternating weekends off. Training for the third shift will be conducted on the second shift for 4–6 weeks prior to transition.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
