The Human Resources Manager will oversee and support all aspects of the HR function within a fast-paced professional office environment. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with leadership, support employee relations, drive talent acquisition initiatives, ensure compliance with California employment laws, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities for Human Resources Manager jobs include but are not limited to:

• Manage employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring consistent application of company policies

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and workforce planning initiatives to attract and retain top talent

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California labor regulations

• Administer HR programs including benefits, leave administration, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Human Resources Manager jobs:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and performance management responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of California employment law, HR compliance, recruiting, and employee relations best practices

• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $10,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
