Adecco is recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing company in Mechanic Falls, ME. This role supports recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with benefits, leave administration, payroll, and compliance
  • Support HR policies and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience required
  • Manufacturing/industrial HR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and confidentiality skills

Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per year
