• Pay: $39.40/Hr

• Shift Remote: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 05:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday and other HR systems

• Manage and resolve cases through phone, email, and HR service portals

• Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions while maintaining confidentiality

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence, including Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll

• Document employee interactions and maintain case records

• Support employee communications, HR programs, and service initiatives

• Contribute to a positive employee experience through efficient and responsive service

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 Years of experience human Resources area or Human resources Support,

• Associate's degree in computer sciences

Pay Details: $39.40 per hour
