Adecco Staffing is seeking a customer-focused and technically savvy temporary Help Desk/Service Desk Support Representative to provide front-line support for insurance agents, clients, and customers.

Position: Help Desk/Service Desk Representation
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 
Location: Remote
Pay: $25 per hour
This short-term (3 months) role serves as the first point of contact for technical and access-related issues, helping users quickly resolve problems so they can continue serving customers and conducting business.
The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced support environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound service desk calls from: Independent 1099 insurance agents Client employees accessing enrollment systems Customers requiring technical assistance or agent transfers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Create and document support tickets with detailed and accurate information.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate support teams when resolution is beyond established support guidelines.
  • Assist users with login and account access issues across company and enrollment platforms.
  • Support multi-factor authentication solutions, including: Microsoft Authenticator Passkeys Email verification methods
  • Troubleshoot common browser, application, and hardware-related issues.
  • Utilize knowledge articles, job aids, and support documentation to guide issue resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while assisting callers who may be experiencing technical challenges.
  • Follow established service desk procedures, security requirements, and documentation standards. Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
  • Common Support Areas Company portal access
  • Enrollment platform access Password resets and account recovery Multi-factor authentication (MFA) Microsoft Authenticator troubleshooting Passkey setup and support Browser troubleshooting Application access issues Email access and authentication Driver installation and updates
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting
  • Ticket documentation and case management
Qualifications:
  • Previous Help Desk support experience preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using documented procedures.
  • Technical Support Knowledge
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of: Windows operating systems Web browsers

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
