Responsibilities for Human Resources Generalist include but are not limited to: 

·       Provide HR guidance on employee relations, attendance, performance management, corrective actions, benefits, and workplace concerns.

·       Support labor relations activities, including grievance administration, fact-finding, documentation, and contract interpretation in a unionized environment.

·       Assist with employee investigations and maintain accurate, confidential records.

·       Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation activities for hourly and salaried positions.

·       Maintain HR records, reports, personnel files, and employee data within HR systems.

·       Assist employees with HR processes and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and other support teams.

·       Support employee engagement, retention, wellness, and culture initiatives.

·       Participate in site projects, continuous improvement efforts, training initiatives, and KPI reviews.

·       Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, safety standards, and food manufacturing requirements.

·       Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and build strong relationships across all shifts.

 

Candidates for Human Resources Generalist must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

·       3+ years of HR Generalist, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Recruiting, or related HR experience preferred.

·       Manufacturing, supply chain, food manufacturing, CPG, or other 24/7 operations experience preferred.

·       Experience supporting unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements preferred.

·       Knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and NLRA preferred.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

·       Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and employee relations skills.

·       Ability to handle confidential information, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $33.60 to $41.99 per hour
