General Worker Tier 1

General Worker Tier 1 – 1st Shift + 2nd shift| Pierceton, IN

Pay: $18.48/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a General Worker Tier 1. In this role, you will support metal finishing operations to ensure high-quality products are produced according to customer, quality, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deburring, grinding, flattening, blasting, and cleaning of surgical cases and trays

• Inspect products using blueprints, calipers, and measuring tools

• Conduct visual inspections for burrs and quality defects

• Complete required production documentation and paperwork

• Maintain equipment and assist with troubleshooting production issues

• Follow all company safety, quality, and ISO procedures

• Assist with assembly work and support other departments as needed

• Participate in overtime and cross-training opportunities when required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 0–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift

• Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent pushing and pulling of up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and operate production equipment

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production setting

• Moderate to high noise levels

Pay Details: $18.48 to $48.18 per hour
