General Worker Tier 1 – 1st Shift + 2nd shift| Pierceton, IN
Pay: $18.48/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a General Worker Tier 1. In this role, you will support metal finishing operations to ensure high-quality products are produced according to customer, quality, and ISO standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform deburring, grinding, flattening, blasting, and cleaning of surgical cases and trays
Inspect products using blueprints, calipers, and measuring tools
Conduct visual inspections for burrs and quality defects
Complete required production documentation and paperwork
Maintain equipment and assist with troubleshooting production issues
Follow all company safety, quality, and ISO procedures
Assist with assembly work and support other departments as needed
Participate in overtime and cross-training opportunities when required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
0–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
Frequent pushing and pulling of up to 25 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and operate production equipment
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production setting
Moderate to high noise levels

Pay Details: $18.48 to $48.18 per hour
