General Laborer

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for General Laborer positions in Eagan, MN. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Warehouse, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (through 10/16/2026)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (effective 10/19/2026)

• Weekly paycheck

• Pay: $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Move, load, unload, and transport freight, stock, and materials within warehouse, storage, and production areas using manual labor or material handling equipment.

• Read work orders, follow instructions, sort materials, and accurately prepare items for shipping, receiving, and storage operations.

• Inspect, label, tag, pack, and repack products and containers while maintaining inventory accuracy and production records.

• Support daily warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adhering to all safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required with 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.

• Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, stoop, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Must comply with PPE requirements, including long sleeves, long pants, cut-resistant gloves, safety glasses, and other site-specific protective equipment.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
