Bloom Energy is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its world-class team and lead full-cycle recruiting across critical Finance and Legal functions. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who knows how to partner with executives, understand complex business needs, and attract exceptional corporate talent.

 What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from individual contributor through senior leadership roles
• Recruit across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Corporate Development, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Corporate Governance
• Build strong pipelines of passive, high-caliber talent
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing channels
• Partner closely with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation
• Conduct recruiter screens and help hiring teams calibrate on candidate profiles
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market and competitive insights
• Support offer development and negotiations
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates
• Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer

 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Significant experience recruiting Finance and Legal professionals
• Proven success recruiting roles such as:
  • FP&A
  • Accounting & Revenue Recognition
  • Tax & Treasury
  • Internal Audit
  • Corporate Development
  • Corporate, Employment & Commercial Counsel
  • Privacy & Compliance
  • Paralegal
  • Corporate Secretary functions
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and passive sourcing experience
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior and executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 Pay

$80–$90/hour

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
