Pack Line Associate
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Package finished products according to established specifications and work instructions.
Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality concerns before packaging.
Properly wrap, label, box, and prepare products for shipment or movement to the next production area.
Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging materials for accuracy.
Safely handle and move products throughout the work area.
Maintain established production and quality standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Communicate product, quality, or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Assist with other production, material handling, or packaging duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn additional production processes and responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
Ability to safely perform physical production and packaging duties throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates who have experience in packaging, assembly, production, furniture manufacturing, warehouse operations, or general manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Pay Details: $19.26 per hour
