Position Summary
The successful candidate will support specialized industrial manufacturing processes through the development and execution of operating procedures, implementation of process improvement initiatives, management of equipment-related projects, and resolution of technical and operational challenges. This role will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize process performance, equipment reliability, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, rebuild, and refurbishment activities for critical production equipment, utilizing both internal and external resources.
- Identify and implement process and equipment improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve equipment and process-related issues, including urgent operational challenges.
- Conduct routine audits and support corrective action activities to ensure compliance with operational standards and continuous improvement objectives.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization, equipment efficiency, and process performance.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to maximize equipment effectiveness and production capabilities.
- Support capital projects and equipment upgrades aimed at improving productivity, reliability, and process stability.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience involving industrial equipment maintenance, rebuilds, retrofits, integrations, or process-related manufacturing support.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting industrial manufacturing, production processes, or thermal-based processing environments.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting large-scale industrial equipment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
