Forklift Operator

Position Summary
We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Forklift Operator to operate a UniCarriers 5,000 lb forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and productivity standards. *Must have Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Operate a Uni Carriers 5,000 lb forklift safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products throughout the facility.

• Transport materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping locations.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

• Maintain accurate inventory movement and material handling practices.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Work at a fast pace while ensuring safe operation of equipment and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.

• Experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

• Ability to safely perform material handling tasks during the entire workday.

Schedule

Hours: 6:30 AM until work is completed (typically 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM).

Pay rate based on experience.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
