Forklift Operator/Material Handler

What You'll Do
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Label products and complete shipping documentation
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control
Build customer-specific kits according to specifications
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided as needed)
Assist with saw equipment operation after training
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report any hazards or incidents
Support warehouse operations wherever needed to meet customer demands
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience/forklift operations required
Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Forklift certification is a plus but not required
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
Stand and walk for extended periods
Climb ladders while handling materials
Work in varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels
Must wear metatarsal safety shoes while performing job duties

Pay Details: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour
