Position: Forklift Driver / Forklift Operator
Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Available Schedules:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4 PM

Job Summary:
The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products within a warehouse or distribution center. This position ensures materials are transported efficiently while maintaining safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transport products to designated storage locations.
• Stack, organize, and maintain inventory in warehouse locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, picking, and packing operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete inventory and shipping documentation accurately.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire with the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and attendance.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
