Food Production Operator

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate machinery and handle raw ingredients to assemble and package products efficiently and safely. 

• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict quality standards. 

• Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to ensure a safe working environment. 

• Assist in achieving production goals during assigned shifts while adhering to all safety and quality procedures. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• No prior experience is necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. 

• Experience in machine operation is a plus but not required. 

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment, with flexibility to work in varying temperatures. 

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically demanding setting. 

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. 

• Willingness to work overtime and rotate between first and second shifts, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay Details: $16.20 to $18.20 per hour
