Food Production Operator

Adecco is partnering with Nestlé to recruit dedicated Food Production Operators for their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and work with raw ingredients to assemble and package products efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards through diligent quality control checks.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Assist in meeting production goals during assigned shifts while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No previous experience needed; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Machine operation experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment, with the flexibility to work in varying temperatures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to operate on a rotating schedule (either first or second shift), which will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay Details: $16.20 to $18.20 per hour
