As a First Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring high-quality food service, and supporting culinary team efforts. Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve a variety of meals in accordance with standard recipes and quality standards 

• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and product testing 

• Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment 

• Conduct tasting panels and ensure presentation aligns with quality standards 

• Support the culinary team in maintaining efficient kitchen operations 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience preferred 

• Knowledge of food preparation methods, sanitation, and safe food handling practices 

• Familiarity with current food trends, catering, and food cost controls 

• Ability to cook all food groups with consistency and precision 

• Effective communication and strong attention to detail 

• Ability to adhere to health and sanitation guidelines

Pay Details: $21.45 per hour
