As a Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in crafting high-precision orthopedic implants, applying mirror and matte surface finishes to meet strict regulatory and customer standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Finish orthopedic implants by applying mirror and matte surface treatments with precision and consistency
- Inspect finished products for surface quality, adherence to specifications, and defect detection using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Maintain accurate documentation of work and quality checks in compliance with SOPs
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated medical device or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Proficiency with inspection tools and documentation practices
- Ability to work reliably on 2nd or 3rd shift, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dedication to safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs

Pay Details: $30.75 per hour
