Key Responsibilities:

• Finish orthopedic implants by applying mirror and matte surface treatments with precision and consistency
• Inspect finished products for surface quality, adherence to specifications, and defect detection using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain accurate documentation of work and quality checks in compliance with SOPs
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated medical device or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Proficiency with inspection tools and documentation practices
• Ability to work reliably on 2nd or 3rd shift, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dedication to safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs

Pay Details: $30.75 per hour
