Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to support plant operations and business decisions

• Analyze financial performance, gross margins, and operating expenses while providing variance analysis and recommendations

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial presentations for leadership teams

• Track, analyze, and report key business metrics including headcount, sales, backlog, and working capital

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience, preferably in a manufacturing or public accounting environment

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accounting principles

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Oracle Financials and HFM is preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Pay Details: $32.69 per hour
