Facilities Technician (HVAC)

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $30-$40/hr DOE

Adecco is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician with strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience for a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems

  • Perform general building and facilities maintenance

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and building system issues

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors

  • Support multiple local facilities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience

  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Professional communication skills

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred:

  • Healthcare, hospital, or medical facility experience

  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS)

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience
