Responsibilities:
Perform annual, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance and calibration activities.
Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment according to established schedules.
Maintain and support manufacturing systems, utilities, and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with the resolution of quality-related concerns.
Perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment as needed.
Support change management processes for validated equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
Accurately document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role (preferably within a cGMP manufacturing environment.)
Hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
