Job Summary
Adecco is seeking a dependable Porter to support facility operations in a clean, professional manufacturing environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company. No prior industry experience is required. The client is willing to train the right candidate, and this role offers potential career growth into Production and Distribution positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

• Wipe down and clean equipment, workstations, and common areas.

• Change and replace filters as needed.

• Collect and recycle cardboard and other materials.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.

• Remove trash and support facility housekeeping efforts.

• Assist with maintaining safe and efficient work areas.

• Perform other general facility support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in porter, custodial, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor roles is a plus, but not required.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to perform routine cleaning and facility support tasks.

• Comfortable working in an active production environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
