What We’re Looking For
This position is a strong fit for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things moving. The successful candidate does not need to be an HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems expert. Instead, they should be comfortable coordinating the people who perform that work, documenting activity, following up on outstanding items, and making sure service requests do not fall through the cracks.
