Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our local client in Glenwood, Illinois. This is an on-site, full-time temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent. The role requires strong executive support experience, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a demanding schedule while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The Executive Assistant will partner closely with leadership to coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, communications, and day-to-day business operations. This position also supports presentations, reports, and strategic follow-up across multiple departments and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office to support effective executive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do?

  • Provide high-level executive support daily administrative and operational matters.

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling needs, and executive priorities with accuracy and discretion.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications across multiple stakeholders.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials that support leadership discussions and planning.

  • Help drive strategic initiatives by tracking action items and following up on deliverables.

  • Work closely with multiple departments and leadership teams to support organizational coordination.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality.

  • Support organizational planning and executive decision-making through reliable administrative execution.

Your Skills

  • You have strong calendar management skills and can keep multiple priorities organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office for daily executive support tasks.

  • You can coordinate travel, meetings, and communications with accuracy and professional follow-through.

  • You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when supporting senior leadership.

  • You bring attention to detail, teamwork, and discretion when handling confidential business information.

  • You have the professionalism and relationship-building ability needed to support executive-level stakeholders.

  • You communicate effectively in English and can prepare documents with a high level of accuracy.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
