Responsibilities for Escrow Support Processor include but are not limited to: 

·       Process and review all documentation related to the initiation and closing of residential escrow transactions.

·       Provide centralized clerical and administrative support for escrow operations in a high-volume production environment.

·       Accurately set up and maintain escrow files while ensuring all required documentation is complete and properly recorded.

·       Process large volumes of escrow-related paperwork efficiently while maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Ensure escrow files are handled in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

·       Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet production goals and deadlines.

·       Perform behind-the-scenes processing functions to support the successful completion of escrow transactions.

·       Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies through established procedures and sound decision-making.

·       Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the escrow process.

·       Adapt to changing workloads and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·       Support month-end processing, peak volume periods, and other operational demands as needed.

·       Work overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional weekends, when required to meet production and business needs.

 

Candidates for Escrow Support Processor must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       High School diploma or equivalent.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

·       Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills.

·       Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

·       Knowledge of escrow procedures and related regulations preferred.

·       Willingness to learn and participate in training.

Pay Details: $19.01 per hour
