ERP Administrator – Temporary Assignment
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $25.00/hour
Duration: 3–4 weeks

Adecco is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator for a short-term temporary assignment in Santa Ana, CA. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working within ERP systems, maintaining accurate business data, supporting users, and troubleshooting day-to-day system and data issues.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update information within the ERP system
• Enter, review, and validate data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with ERP system administration and day-to-day user support
• Troubleshoot basic system, data-entry, and access issues
• Generate reports and export data as needed
• Support inventory, purchasing, order, or operational data within the ERP system
• Assist with data cleanup, corrections, and system updates
• Work with internal departments to resolve ERP-related questions
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with an ERP system required
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to the full 3–4 week temporary assignment

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
